   Guys should I replace my current ring which is [ -358 Strength + 7 Stamina -43 Charisma +267 Finesse with a 14% trophy penalty reduction Refinement which is useless because I have an auto-outfit ring that gives 30% reduction in trophy penalties)] with a +358 Strength, -7 Stamina, +43 Charisma, - 267 Finesse (total +127 total skill points with a +4% Finesse refinement...)]?

You have two rings with essentially useless refinements. Take the one with the most skills.

He says he already has a better one, that is already being used on the outfit for studio fights.  Using that pornstar sticker other than in studio fights, it is useless.

but why in hell does he refine another pornstrarsticker if he have 30%  ?

Most likely, he does not refine until he gets what he wants... he refines until he spends to a particular limit. (That limit might be zero diamonds, or 1000, but after spending a particular amount, he stops refining.)
