Is a +776 Stamina, +669 Finesse, -1220 Charisma (with a +4% charisma refinement)?

better than the opposite except the refinement being 1% chance to reduce damage dealt by 25%

If the refinement ain't purple, it's shyte. Pick either one until you get purple.

If in doubt, pick the one with the rarest refinement.

I'd go with the first one. The other one is effectively a 0.25% reduction in damage overall
