I have never purchased anything from Wanda's Store. Perhaps someone else knows better, but I do not think there are extra benefits from doing so. I think you just get the items.
Raising the cache from 50 energy to 100 energy is an option found in the Diamond Store from time to time. I believe you have to buy it directly. That package also contains a fair number of diamonds.
Raising your battery storage from 8 to 16 happens when you buy any diamond package.
