Should I replace my current hat that grants 30% chance to attack twice in a row with one that gives 12% chance to attack twice in a row but has +76 skills?
I am wondering if I should replace my current hat with this new one that has more skills but less % of refinement

I ask because the skill distribution is not that good.

I never even look at the skill distribution. Total skills is what counts. Also, the way Misty is with refines, you'd have to be insane to swap an epic refine for a 12% one.

Why the hell would I have asked otherwise? Did you think I was talking to myself street walker? I have not played for more than a month after I made this post just because the account was founded earlier than that doesn't mean it was me the owners got burned out and passed them to others so either answer the question or stfu lord almighty you behaving like you need a midol over a game like this is silly.

Well, they did answered, if you read instead of talking disrespectful to high level players, you would have seen. But to say it again, never swap an epic out for just a low skill gain like less than +400 and a very low % of skill
