Is it worth it to change my shoes to shoes that are: +131 Charisma, +3 Finesse, -84 Stamina (Total +50) but only has a refinement that increases my basic Strength by 6%?

   My current shoes have a 100% chance that my hit points are set to 1 after a normally fatal hit.

Not only surviving, but surviving in a luxurious way!  

I would never give up a 100% survival chance refinement for a pair of shoes that don't have the same refinement!

Even if they are a wonderful pair of peep toes with a sexy heel!

Need more info. What is your average damage?  I would assign the zombie shoes that many points, because resurrection refinement essentially guarantees you a free swing.

 

And what are your strength basics? In a previous note, you had your strength listed as 530, so 5% of that is 25 points. The new shoes also had +50 skills points. I treat all +skills on a new piece of gear as if they are strength in these types of comparisons because that translates directly to damage, and then i assume a 10 round fight. (YMMV) 

 

So +50 skills + 25 strength from the refinement is +75 damage per turn or 750 damage over the course of a 10 round fight.

 

If you normally do more than 750 damage a swing, keep the epic resurrection refinement.
