We have applied that a fix, that US voucher codes from the advent calendar now also work on INT1. Unclaimed codes from the last days should also work.

Your fix isn't working for me

 

I copied day 2 voucher code from this forum and applied it to my account in NU1, but the game says "You can't redeem any more vouchers for this campaign"

the problem still exists on nutaku.  they fixed the international server.

 

this happened last year and they couldn't find the issue.  i bet the same happens this year.

 

last year they gave us whatever reward we were supposed to get from the advent calendar.  hope they do the same thing this year.

BubbleBlow, vouchers from this forum worked for me to apply in NU1 server. If the vouchers still don't work for you, you should send another ticket to support, that way they will either find the problem faster or, as Hot16 said,  they will give you the reward.

 

And you should follow CaptC instructions regarding tickets:
 

 

If you have this issue, please include in your ticket:
 
Server
Character name
email address used for the account
the code you tried to use
which forum you created the code with
whether or not using the code seemed to crash flash
if possible, a screenshot of the error you get when you try to use the code

they just tried to fix my December 2nd code.  I tried it again and it didn't work.....

Even though we have our differences, I had the same thing happening, Hot16. I'm now just trying to give it to somebody else. See if it works for them

Vouchers from other days have worked for me, except the day 2 voucher. Still getting the same error message for that one after reporting it using CaptC instructions. Guess I'm not going to get those day 2 rewards

I can confirm that if you give that not working code to somebody else, it works for them. So you can give that not working code to a friend

Hey Hot16 and JV676767, I looked at your vouchers and found another issue with some of the day 2 rewards. This should be fixed now, and you can claim your voucher. I also reset the voucher you gave to your friend, JV676767, so you might use it again.

I had that problem on UK too and did the same there. It didn't had to be reset. I was only happy to give it to a friend atleast. But thx  ^_^

You may have to wait a few hours for the server to reset and try getting the code again ;)

Hello all! New problem for adnevt callendrar appeared. 

I tried to redeem todays code but i get the message that the code is available on dec 5th.. today is dec 5th....

The US forum have the US time zone. You can see at the 2 wrenches and if you hover over the server name what time it is on your server. So with when you wrote this, you just would needed to wait 10 more minutes  :D

I can confirm that we have seen multiple reports of this problem, from all servers. If you have this issue, please include in your ticket:

 

 

Server

Character name

email address used for the account

the code you tried to use

which forum you created the code with

whether or not using the code seemed to crash flash

if possible, a screenshot of the error you get when you try to use the code

 

Provide this information. Magneto should be able to hook you up ;)

OOPS!

 

That was supposed to show up as a quote but didn't for some reason.  The information I posted above was a post from CaptC.  (Except for "provide this information, Magneto should be able to hook you up"-- That's all me :D)
