Hello I am having trouble getting the calendar to even show on my screen. Also when I go to play, it does not show my acct but I must go through Nutaku, maybe this has something to do with it? No idea but the screen is blank. I don't want to miss the advent...

How do you mean you do not see your account show up on the screen?  The only account needed for grabbing the code is the one you use to login to the forum, which appears to be Weibs.

 

The Advent Calendar is on it's own tab here in the forums (in between 'Members' and 'Support' - look above).  Go there and retrieve the code for the day we are on.  We are on Day 4.

 

Once the code is copied to your clipboard, you can then paste that code into the COUPON section under the DOUBLE WRENCHES icon in the lower right corner of your game.

 

Hope you get it going.. time's a wasting!  ;-)

For the last 3 days, I've been trying to get the Advent Calendar things and it keeps spitting out 'Please log into the forum and try again' at me, despite me doing this repeatedly, logging out then back in, and generally finding myself very frustrated at it. Is there a fix for this, because this is the third code I'm going to have lost out on through no fault of my own.

This behavior means that you are trying too early in the day. Generally the advent calendar is only available after 9am local time.

Or perhaps the developers and steam can figure out a way to make it work. Some people seem to like steam (I am not on it). I am simply reporting on an issue and steam seems to have a lot of them, when it comes to bbe

Any of the places where there are other interfaces to deal with, like Steam and Nutaku and Facebook, seem to have more problems. I am all for the developers getting it right in the first place.

 

But... when bugs exist.. I play on Nutaku, and have no choices.  I am stuck with bugs until they are fixed.

 

On Steam and Facebook, there is another solution available. You can decouple and still play your character. 

 

I don't really use Steam. I have done so a few times. So yes, easy for me to say... but as a purely practical matter, I don't think Steam adds a lot to browser games.

the forums were down for over an hour, perhaps they were working on the advent calendar for steam users. It was all the forums, all languages
