However, vouchers from the Advent Calendar on the UK forums are working on the INT1 server.
I confirm UK codes works on INT1.

I have the same issue on 2 accounts. Please send in a support ticket, I've done the same for both accounts. The first one is a flash-crash, second is because the game considers you already tried to redeem a code for today, even if you didn't get it.

I can confirm that we have seen multiple reports of this problem, from all servers. If you have this issue, please include in your ticket:
Server
Character name
email address used for the account
the code you tried to use
which forum you created the code with
whether or not using the code seemed to crash flash
if possible, a screenshot of the error you get when you try to use the code

Advent Calendar doesn't work... when I enter the code it tells me invalid code. I lost two days..

Welcome to the forum.
Well, this is an issue we faced yesterday. We've made the decision for INT1 players to collect their voucher on the UK forum. The vouchers from there actually worked for INT1 players.
The vouchers from Advent on this forum will work on NU1 and US2 servers.
Quick update on this though: There appears to be an issue with today's vouchers at this moment, which give a flash-crash. Please don't attempt to redeem any vouchers until we hope/believe the issue is solved.

i had no problem redeem my 2 vouchers
from here to nutaku
others in my studio had today
Some people are not having any difficulty. I was able to redeem codes with no problems. Clearly a bug exists though, because we have lots of reports of failures.

So is there any final official statement regarding the code issue?
Should everyone on INT1 just use UK forum codes from now on or have you taken the decision to still try and fix the US forum codes for those accounts?
I think it's time to clear things out not to further confuse the users. At least you could provide some sort of deadline, meaning if the problem could not be resolved until let's say Dec 5, users should just use the UK codes, thus this discussion could finally be closed?
Looking forward to your feedback on the above

That was a debugging step, Hot. Support has to ask questions to find out what is going on. We weren't denying relief, we were comparing what you were saying to what is in our records.

AT this point, US vouchers may not work on the INT1 server, ever. There are market based, geographical restrictions built in to the coupons. Vouchers for the US market are not valid in the EU market, and vice versa.
There has been no final statement for the simple reason that they are still looking at if they can overcome those market based restrictions
The INT1 server is considered an EU server. The UK forum generates EU vouchers. Ergo, the current official policy is that INT1 players should use the UK forum for the advent calendar.
If that situation changes, we will let you know.
That is not to say that there are not other bugs. We are working on those as fast as we can. Please ticket crashes or failures to respond, but don't be surprised if support asks you to verify that you generated the codes from the right place.

I had the same issue on December 2, 2017. I hate getting the same copy-pasted messages from support. That really irritates me.
I know it is going to take a long time to resolve the bug. It seems so minor that it only affects one day of the advent calendar. So instead of closing my ticket, can't they just give me the skill points and let me be on my way?
I hate sending multiple, redundant messages. Especially since this was an issue last year and it wasn't fixed.
