I believe the answer is no however if there is any way to increase the drop rate of a party ticket that would make things so much better... This would hold true even without this weeks contest. I would adore any help!
Is there anyway to increase the chances of a party ticked appearing as a reward for a job?

I'm not sure how many missions or energy you need to burn, but the drop rate from this side has been underwhelming. One ticket since update does not even come close to daily. That puts it on par with one ticket every level, which is what I used to come to expect.
So, no change from my perspective.

Same here. I am getting nearly a ticket a day, when before I was seeing one every other day or so.
There are some tricks:
- Spam short missions. If there is no way to increase drop frequency per mission, then you need more missions to improve overall drop rate.
- Use your ticket immediately when you find it. You can't get a second when you already have one. Holding a ticket and running regular missions, is denying yourself the chance to hit a second ticket.

You can no longer get more than one party ticket per day

Coming to the conclusion of this temple week.
I have only found 2 tickets.
I have been on every day and have spent avg 95+% per day of my energy (cycling through every area) and produced 3 films/day as well as completing the majority of my tasks.
Underwhelming drop rate is an understatement to say the least.
Of the two other active partners in our studio, the numbers have be a drop of 2 and our Manager just got a 4th.
Fortunately we have ranked decently, even though reward for effort has been unfulfilling to say the least.

Oreo, if by 95% of your energy, you mean the 100 you start with, then that is 95 energy a day. There is nothing at all wrong with that, but as Kitekat says, many people average more.
I personally average about 335, from trophies and buying refills using notes. I have been seeing a drop a day pretty consistently.

My studio had 8 people who got one ticket a day through missions. It is our belief that the thresh hold is 25 missions and the percentage of chance goes up for every 25 missions after that. So the more short missions you do, the missions you can do, increasing your odds. We also had 6 people with 6/7 tickets gained, so this seems to be the best method for gaining them.

D'oh!
There would still be a benefit in using it sooner, rather than later, after obtaining one. Once you use it, and continue merrily expending mission energy afterwards, means that much energy you will have used since your last ticket, and the sooner the next one is likely to appear the following day. There has always seemed a kind of hidden "soft stat" of sorts in terms of how likely they are appear in relation to how much energy has been expended since the last one. Hence, at least in the past, players who only used maybe 100 or 150 energy a day would come across a ticket every few days, while those of us "USE IT ALL, EVEN IF THAT MEANS RUNNING 5 EXTENSION CORDS TO YOUR NEIGHBORS HOUSE, MOAR ENERGY" types typically found one daily.
Just an opinion anyway
