Guys I currently have 543 diamonds and I already bought all three 50% boosters so should I spend the diamonds on the 10 decoration boxes?

Don't spend it on the next convention temple! 

 

Anyway, I would advise you not to activate the 50% work booster anymore, it just gets you some more notes. Seems like a waste of 99 diamonds to me.

 

As for possible ways to use 500 diamonds, you could open up another storage tab or use them for mission boosters on temples where they give a real advantage over the 25% booster. Don't have a lot of experience with the 10 decoration boxes, but you can also just save up scents to get more decorations.
