Not sure if this is the right spot, but was suggested by Support email to post it on the forums.
I always have issues logging in. The forum says my password is wrong, even though it isn't, I go to reset it and then it says there is no user with that name. Seems after several tries it might work or the only way I can login in is through using a link sent through the password reset or just some general Big Bang Empire email.
Getting super frustrating. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
I can totally understand it becomes very frustrating. As for now, you did manage to login and post. Which is a good first step. My suggestion is to first see if you can login with the new setup password. I usually always tap: 'remember me', so I don't have to keep logging in every time I come to the forum.
