    For several days now when I click on the TV it is completely blank with no ads what so ever, and I have to click out of it without getting my 50% mission time deduction.

BTW I forgot to mention that it didn't even say there weren't any available videos.

He is on US2 kitekat. The TV Box on Nutaku is visible, but doesn't do anything at the moment.  It is supposed to work on US2.

Little trick anywhere but NU. DON'T cancel mission.Reload the game and it will let you try again. May be worth the effort on a very long one to try  3 or 4 times if needed. since a fairly recent change, reloading will reset the TV without making you wait another hour and without interrupting the mission.

If I understand correctly, it is not infinite, kitekat. It just lets you retry until you actually get the ad and the time reduction, and then the cooldown kicks in. (Instead of trying, the ad failing, and you get the cooldown anyway.)

I try this now.

After I have used an ad correctly and the TV says I have to wait an hour, I refresh the game and the TV is available again.

However, if I try to click it it says "There is no advertisement video available yet."

So I think it is not a bug you can use to get more ad video than usual, but it can be useful if the video fails, as suggested by Eileeen.

This is really annoying, it doesn't even say that there are no videos available it is simply a blank tv screen. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!
