I ask because mine is unbalanced, I know it's expensive but how many times would I have to reset the store to find one (on average?

My experience, based on total number of shop refreshes and number of "bumsmack of re-education" that I have seen is about 1 in 400 shop refreshes

It just takes time to rebalance. The Bumsmack is a lot of diamonds, and patience will do it's job. This game is a marathon, not a sprint, just start allocating your skills appropriately, and sooner or later you will get where you want to be.

 

I know this for a fact. I have done it twice.

The bumsmack basically returns all your base skills to you, Kitekat, to be reallocated again. It is found in the sex shoppe, and it has a hefty diamond cost.

They should also let you pay diamonds to change your name.

That is unfortunately not possible. I have asked the same question. I am told such a feature cannot easily be implemented due to technical limitations.
