this "B""mark does say nothing about the sewing pattern thats an  other mark so if xou see only the "B" you already have it

think this "B" is especially for low level player that buys from the shop without diamonds

... but because of I already have it, it's completely unuseful to know that.

The note on the right upper corner is useful: it says you "buy it, you need it for the collection". 

Letter "B" is saying "oh, this object is unimportant like the others" 

 

That was why I asking: I thought I missed something... but it's not.
