Per the notes:

 

New Features
General
• A new success has been added for Camp 69
• Camp 69 now hosts a convention
• A new item set can be obtained as reward for the Burning Bernie Party
• Only 21 films are needed now to maximize the frequency the film will appear in the voting for the awards
• The energy storage is now available starting level 10

I might be having the same problem, but I'm only 3 into getting the same finishing prize. So it might just be crap RNG yet, since RNGesus hath no love for me.

That's my thinking. Just stuck you on the first thing you got after the patch. Or is it last thing before the patch? idk, I can't remember if it was before or after when I got the first body paint.
