Have any of you gotton to a party and then if wouldn't let you get past the first stage?

If you are sure you are experiencing a bug, the only way forward for you, is to submit a ticket and add all info you can give, with screenshot. 

The FAQ post I linked too, tells how many fans are needed for each stage of a party.

the games lives from diamonds if you have some you can go to any party and stage

its surely a bug if he won against the boss

Without a ticket with screenshots, can't say much what is going on. 

True though, you can 'buy' your entry to next stage, almost forgot that part
