troubleshooting mobile app access issue

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right channel to use, please notifiy me and I'll go the correct way.

 

I'm playing on NU1 server, mostly via the mobile app. Never had any issue with it until the latest patch. I downloaded the new version as usual, launched it and it started normally. This was until couple of hours ago, when I opened the app to play and it froze on the loading screen, with the message "gama data is being downloaded".

 

The problem is that it normally takes a minute or so, data is downloaded, the app reboots and I can play. Not this time, though. It freezes and there is nothing I can do to make it work. I already tried to uninstall and re-install the app, to no avail.

 

Please tell me if this is an isolated case or a more widespread issue to be worked on.

It is the same for me.. Been like this for about 5hours :(
Dont know whats wrong

The same for me. tried reinstalling the game and it did not work either. From NU1 as well. Is the server down?

I tried it too and it did the same thing.  I went to the Nutaku site and submitted a support ticket.

I believe the apps have been working for some hours. If that is not the case for you:

 

1) Delete the app and re-install

2) Remove all the old app data.

3) Re-install the app and test.

 

If still not working, please post a ticket.

They have started working again.

 

But with now anoucement that they are up. or an explination on  why they were down.
