I played in Nutaku and US2 server and deleted my characters awhile back. I received a reactivation code to come back later.I started missing the game and so I contacted support to see if I could get my characters back. I had no trouble getting restored in the US2 server but in Nutaku it is not going well. 

 

I want to say that the big bang support have worked with me for weeks to try and get my nutaku character restored.They are wonderful and have kept in contact with me constantly to help. They said they have my Big Bang Game account restored but I have to log into the game directly with a new password that they gave me. I told them that in Nutaku there is NO option to directly log into the Big Bang Game and I have to log into the Nutaku site that hosts the games. Is there something anyone could tell me about how to log into Nutaku Big Bang game directly ? I only use the browser pc game not the android app.I also contacted Nutaku support but they couldn't help with this.

 

I am about to give up on trying to get my character back in NU1 server. Any thoughts or suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

Just want to let everyone know that if you delete your character in Nutaku it will be gone forever and that reactivation code will not get it back.Think carefully before you delete. Mine is gone and can't get it back

You could decide to start at level 1 again? Not ideal, but at least you can hang around with some of the familiar faces if they're still around.

They said they have my Big Bang Game account restored but I have to log into the game directly with a new password that they gave me. Maybe this is naive, but could you change your Nutaku password to the one that BBE support gave you? When I log into the app on my phone, I don't log in directly, it still has me sign into my Nutaku account. So maybe the password just gets automatically passed down from your Nutaku account directly into BBE? Probably a long shot...

When i had to change my computer i couldn't find BBE directly so what i did was go to Nutaku site then click on browser games & found it there, I was then able to put my password in got straight back in, I hope this helps you

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I did change the password in nutaku to the one they gave me.I don't have a smartphone so I can't use the android app to sign in. They suggested all of that too. The last message they gave me from support is : they are analyzing the situation. 

 

I just think the nutaku server Big Bang game is so different from the Official Big Bang Servers like US2,UK,Int1 &2 . Nutaku changes the game to fit their mold and it leaves us in the dark on some issues that other Big Bang Server players don't have to deal with. I was level  268 and I really shouldn't have deleted but I thought with that reactivation code that I had a security blanket if I wanted to come back.I wish that in the Nutaku Big Bang they could give a SERIOUS warning message that "IF YOU DELETE THIS CHARCATER THEN YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK" or something like that !

I agree with this assessment. In some ways it's good - you have to admire Nutaku's commitment to salacious hentai pics  

 

Perhaps this is like the Donna's Pillows fiasco? At some point BBE devs and Nutaku devs will figure it out together. I hope you can get your character back

If you use this method, make sure you are on the correct Nutaku site. Both Nutaku.com and Nutaku.net exist, and the pointers lead to different servers.
