Once again, the Nutaku server NU1/US1 has failed to properly reset the BBA's.
The last time this happened it took two weeks and everyone posting support tickets to UK1 until someone over there finally got someone at Playata to force Nutaku to fix it.
The "Support" link on this forum links to Playata's Support system which does not allow tickets to be submitted for NU1 or US2.
Nutaku does not reply to support tickets of any kind and never has, EVER, for any reason or issue.
Can someone in authority on this forum get the attention of the proper people to get this fixed? Because the players currently have a broken game and no way to reach anyone to fix it.
