I remember and old post about making NU1 conventions achievable.  The last two I know of have succeeded on NU1.  The first I don't know details.  I lucked into the last 5 min of it (just enough time to get a show and credit for the convention).  The one that is about to wrap up was 1 hour and needed 3.75mil started at 2am server.  Finished 4.5+mil. 

 

2 for 2 this time around.  Looking good balance wise so far.

It seems you migth have been right.  The last one on NU1 was 2hours and need 15.6mil.  It finished with 1750ish shows and 8.something mil.  I had 39 shows with my last one bringing in less than 200 visitors.
