it has been sent to development. We can hope for a speedy fix.

 

The "outdated profile"-problem still exists (at least for me), and is a major annoyance. Since apparently it's been reported already and sent to development, is there any point in writing another ticket about it?

Because the longer this takes, the more annoying it gets, since I have no idea, what gear my opponents are wearing atm and therefore how strong they are, until i duel them.

There is always a point to posting tickets. The more we get on a particular issue, the more pressure to fix it.

Does anybody else still have this problem? Because support just told me to delete cookies/cache or try a different browser, which didn't help at all.

The problem still exists. Support does have to verify for each case that browser issues are not causing the problem you see.

Interesting that since DST kicked in, when I replay someone's duel I wind up fighting in the old setting with a totally different hairstyle and hair color.Talk about Retro...

 

And, yes, I have put in a ticket.

Thanks for the ticket, Rosy. Yes, replaying duels gives everyone the wrong head and hairstyle. It actually started with the last update, as far as I know it is not DST replated.

I guess I hadn't tried replaying any duels between the update and Sunday. I usually don't, but I got curious about other folks' apartments.

 

Speaking of apartments, I was kinda bummed to find my latest decoration hidden by my stats and inventory. :(

Don't be bummed! You can hide stats and inventory to see you decorations in all their glory!

Jenny, we can't fix bugs here. A ticket with a description of the problem you are seeing is a much better way to get your problem addressed.

Trust me, I understand your frustrations, but keep in mind, devs generally don't come to the forums. We (moderators) are just the boxing bags and the messengers. 

 

Our standard suggestion, to report a bug directly through the reporting system, has a very good reason. That way, the bug report goes directly up the chain, to the people that CAN do something about it. How I wish to un-do any bug instant, but sadly, I can't do magic, nor Playata allows me  :ph34r:

 

So, to be off a slight help. What way are you trying to play through? Is it mobile app or...? There has to be a reason you can't make a connection, with whatever device you use. But sorry to say, I heard nothing anywhere else of people having issues to connect. Btw, are you on US2 or NU1? This might also give some more insight.

 

But as said, the devs and higher ups can see more into the problem than me. Hence I would suggest and urge to actually write a ticket. State as much info as you can give them, when it happened, how you connect, etc, and try to stay calm. A friendly question usually gets a lot more achieved than an angry one. 

 

I'm in Customer Maintenance as fulltime job, I rather help my customer asking me something nicely than one that's being rude to me. They tend to get helped after I helped the nice asking ones ;)
