Trust me, I understand your frustrations, but keep in mind, devs generally don't come to the forums. We (moderators) are just the boxing bags and the messengers.
Our standard suggestion, to report a bug directly through the reporting system, has a very good reason. That way, the bug report goes directly up the chain, to the people that CAN do something about it. How I wish to un-do any bug instant, but sadly, I can't do magic, nor Playata allows me
So, to be off a slight help. What way are you trying to play through? Is it mobile app or...? There has to be a reason you can't make a connection, with whatever device you use. But sorry to say, I heard nothing anywhere else of people having issues to connect. Btw, are you on US2 or NU1? This might also give some more insight.
But as said, the devs and higher ups can see more into the problem than me. Hence I would suggest and urge to actually write a ticket. State as much info as you can give them, when it happened, how you connect, etc, and try to stay calm. A friendly question usually gets a lot more achieved than an angry one.
I'm in Customer Maintenance as fulltime job, I rather help my customer asking me something nicely than one that's being rude to me. They tend to get helped after I helped the nice asking ones
