So, are we to send a report every day, or copy ALL codes that don't work, and then send as a batch in the support inquiry after it is fixed?

Day 2 - still not working. Missed out on 50 diamonds on day 1 and 100 energy for today. Please fix.
They are working on it. In the meantime, drop a ticket. I am sorry there is nothing better we can do for you at this time.

Sending an support request every day seems to be a tedious task, for both players and BBE staff.. This problem appears to be effecting everyone.

Tedious, indeed. I don't play on your server, but I hear it is affecting everyone playing on US2, and possibly NU1.
In the meantime, please submit a support ticket daily and let the support staff know your code and what you should have won to claim your prize accordingly.

I have submitted a support ticket for the first two days and will submit one a day after this as needed. Thank you Tara, I do know they are aware of the issue and are working on it.

Good to know, Rosy. I recall there were issues last year on UK2, but it did get fixed eventually.
They worked fine on NU1 last year. Why they can't get their act together this year is beyond me. It's not like it's a new feature.
I commiserate community... at the moment, this is your Daily Ticket activity.
Day 2 of missing items on US2 "not valid on this server" would be great if it could be fixed very soon!
Another day, another ticket. (Sigh)
Please continue to open a Daily Ticket, until resolution. Let the support staff know your code and what prize you would have won.
