Please contact with the support about your voucher code, your forum name and the server you want to use your code. It will be better that you add the error message. I can inform you that problem was reported and we are working on it.

So, are we to send a report every day, or copy ALL codes that don't work, and then send as a batch in the support inquiry after it is fixed?

Day 2 - still not working.   Missed out on 50 diamonds on day 1 and 100 energy for today.  Please fix.

Day 2 - still not working.   Missed out on 50 diamonds on day 1 and 100 energy for today.  Please fix.

 

They are working on it. In the meantime, drop a ticket. I am sorry there is nothing better we can do for you at this time. :(

Sending an support request every day seems to be a tedious task, for both players and BBE staff.. This problem appears to be effecting everyone.

Tedious, indeed.  I don't play on your server, but I hear it is affecting everyone playing on US2, and possibly NU1.

 

In the meantime, please submit a support ticket daily and let the support staff know your code and what you should have won to claim your prize accordingly.

I opend a ticket. I get an error message saying the voucher code is not valid on NU1...

I have submitted a support ticket for the first two days and will submit one a day after this as needed. Thank you Tara, I do know they are aware of the issue and are working on it.

They worked fine on NU1 last year. Why they can't get their act together this year is beyond me. It's not like it's a new feature.

Good to know, Rosy.  I recall there were issues last year on UK2, but it did get fixed eventually.

 

They worked fine on NU1 last year. Why they can't get their act together this year is beyond me. It's not like it's a new feature.

 

 

 

I commiserate community... at the moment, this is your Daily Ticket activity.

Yes. I pulled up the coupon window & hit "Paste" and it put in the Dec 1 code automatically. Did it again & Dec 2's came up. I had sent Playata the Dec1 code in my ticket update, so that may be why it was so easy.

How do you mean, it doesn't work?

 

Have you tried these steps illustrated here >> http://forum.us.bigb...calendar-guide/

 

  • If these do not work, you can open a SUPPORT TICKET.
     
  • Give the support staff all the necessary info, including the code and the prize you should have received.

 

Best of luck getting your Advent Calendar working... and hurry up already, Christmas is coming!!  B)
