Advent calender not working and giving bad codes

Just redeemed my vouchers. Looks like they finally got it fixed.

Not a single person in my studio has gotten a usable code and many of us can not even get a code at all. I still get the "only available on dec 1, 2017" message

so at 9:00 am my time, the advent calendar worked, seems to be the case for everyone, 9 hours into the day. The codes are not working however. Developers please look into this

not 9am here yet, and still not working for me. i wouldn't think this would be time zone dependent, though...

tried again just after 9am local time, and i did get a code. but like everyone else, it seems, it does not work.

ok, in 40 minutes I can get an invalid code? at least I now know it's not just me.

Not working for me either, it won't accept the codes.I expected the Calendar part not to give out a code until late morning, early afternoon, as it worked that way for every day of the event in 2016. That was no surprise or a problem, but the game not accepting codes is, since we can only input one code per day and codes expire.

I don't play on your servers, but I heard this has been reported and is being looked into.

 

Anyone playing on NU1 server experiencing a similar issue?

No-one in my studio can get the codes to work either. I tried both on NU1 and US2

Same as above codes are not valid for US2 as of 14:14 EST

I get a message saying that "voucher code is not valid on this server." I play on US2.  Not really sure what is going on!?!

Now on day 2, whenever i click on day 2 i get "ERROR Please login to Forum and try Again" :( Login again and same thing occurs

Please contact with the support about your voucher code, your forum name and the server you want to use your code. It will be better that you add the error message. I can inform you that problem was reported and we are working on it.

not getting the login error on day 2 that some of you report.... at least, not yet. still getting the same day 1 error about the code not being valid. submitted ticket to support, just to make sure it's logged.
