I've read this thread with interest. Attacking someone, even repeatedly, for "economic reasons, I can understand and I have no problem with that.
However, I've received a threat from someone to attack me continuously because I rejected his proposition for some sort of kinky sexual roleplay. He made it quite clear that he was going to carry out these attacks out of malice. Is there anything I can do in these circumstances?

Thanks for your advise. If he does follow through on his threat, I will certainly do as you suggest

Two more quick points about that Shirnah.

 

1) Just the threat to do it is out of bounds. You don't have to wait for them to follow through.

 

2) You can block future contact attempts from that player. Open the offending message, and one of the options will be to block them. Click on that and you won't see any more messages from that player. They can still attack you, but can't communicate with you.

 

I am sorry you have to deal with that.

This person, <name removed>, has now started to harass me so I have reported him. I hope Support will take some action, as his intent is clearly to ruin the game for me and force me to quit. No doubt, he will then move on to some other victim.

Well..

 

This person, <name removed>, has now started to harass me so I have reported him. I hope Support will take some action, as his intent is clearly to ruin the game for me and force me to quit. No doubt, he will then move on to some other victim.

 

As Tom Hanks once said in some movie with some spunky girls in it...

I removed the name of the offending player. It is enough that support knows the name via ticket.
