   Is the common refinement Revenge 19% (19% chance to attack twice in a row after suffering a critical hit.) Better than the rare Basic Strength: +6% refinement? I am assuming so and that is my current refinement but I am wondering if you guys think so as well?

If your build is low charisma, then sure, go for it. But I think it is better advice to tell you to raise your charisma higher, and get spanish fly whenever possible.
