I am wondering if lag is normal with this game beacues I get it a lot. It doesn't happen always but when I click buttons in the film part for instance the response can be delayed by 7 seconds or more some times, in others it is more like 3 sec on average.

 

My pc should be more than capable of playing this without any lag what so ever. (in case it matters I have a GeForce GTX 780, i5-4400 (3.1ghz quad core), 16Gigs of DDR3 Ram, and a quick ssd.)

 

Also, I have a 25.42 Download 2.98 Upload connection with this PC (it varies with this one but it gets between 24-50 Mbps.)

I have noticed lag sometimes during movie-making, but not that often.  For me though, the most notable lag is when dueling and returning to the leaderboard, I'll see the "pulsating star" in the lower left corner, which means it is 'thinking', but in actuality, it is re-sorting the leaderboard rankings with the changes in Glory from the last duel, along with everyone else's last duel, as well as changes since you came back to the leaderboard in the other 2 categories of Level and Fans.

 

When the lag is too long, I switch to another browser window and do something else.  The game offers so much 'down-time' waiting for the next mission to complete, I tend to play the game in a multi-tasking state anyhow.

Lag is my friend?!?!?!

I have to say that, unfortunately, I sometimes suffer of lag. My experience is that it is mainly due to the connection. Don't ask me to go deeper because I am a casual user: I barely understand how to switch on my laptop.

But somehow I have noticed that it changes over time and it is somehow independent from what I am doing in the game. Sometimes I also have the feeling it may depend on what other windows I have open in the browser. In these cases I just try and shut all other windows but BBE.

I say it is the connection because in the past I also had issues in accessing the game (I could not ping the site, as my husband explained me): can we consider this an extreme form of lag?

The good thing with lag is that things may last longer...you know that growing frustration that makes you want to get to the point so hard? In some cases it is just sooooo good!!!!!

Hi mimesis, I don't think you're describingt 'lag' as much as you are talking about extending the edge of the ledge to OHMI-NESS! 

 

 

Meanwhile back on the ledge...

No... not now... linger... no-ooh-Oh, not yet... I said no, not now!... linger.. ling-ger... okay NOW - JUMP NOW - GO...
