Why every time when I try to log in do I get asked to "allow" or "block flash?

When I click "login" it then brings up a "play now" button and when I click that a message box comes up saying: http:us2.bigbangempire.com wants to Run Flash" with a box to allow and one to block... but how do I make it always allow without asking? 

   In case it matters I use Chrome 64bit.
