For the past few weeks I have found that if I go to the "Your Style" window the only way to get back to the game is to reload it. I used to be able to go to one of my friends page and navigate from there, but now there are no navigation possibilities if I go there from "Your Style". If I go to a Friend's page from anywhere else the navigation icons are there, but not from "Your Style". Has anyone else had this problem? I have it on both NU1 and US2.

 

I was hoping this would be fixed in one of the patches, but no luck so far. I'd put in a ticket, but I know their response is going to be "Send a screenshot." but of course there is no way to send them one, so what's the point?

Interesting. Doesn't the X button (Discard made changes) work? That should bring you back to "Your Star".

 

If that doesn't work, you can still go to a friend's page, even though the navigation icons (also called action bar I think) are not there. Then, at the friend's page, click the eye icon (show/hide interface) at bottom right TWICE. That should hopefully hide all then bring everything back, including the action bar.

 

I suppose a screenshot for your ticket could show a missing action bar.

Thanks for the suggestions. The first one is kinda useless: if I'm going to the style page it's to make changes and it defeats the purpose to delete the changes just to get out of there. The second one works (so far), so that's what I'll be doing from now on. It just seems odd to have a basic function of the game all of a sudden need extra steps. But then we have all those extra steps just to login now...

yeah the discard button works once you made your changes dont worry they dont go away

 

depending on what you changed you have to click the change button before or not

There has always been only a 'Change' button (which charges for the currently selected changes and commits them) and an X button (which cancels selected but not committed changes and exits the 'Your Style' feature.) It's clunky, but... it has always worked that way. What has changed?

Oh, I re-read your original note, and realized your complaint isn't about the 'Your Style' page per se. It is about selecting a friend's page while in the Your Style feature. 

 

As to reporting the bug, yes - support will likely ask you to document your steps to get there. Something like the following would work.  

 

Select 'Your Style'

 

While in the Your Style feature, click on a friend's page from your friend's list

 

 

And voila, I see the bug. The navigation bar is indeed missing.

 

 

There is a work-around, though, as NiceLee pointed out.

 

 

This restores the Navigation Bar.

 

...But's it's easier to just hit the red X from 'Your Style' after you have committed any changes you want to make.
