I was thinking that an armory for studios. That way if your part of a studio you can help with the younger players.  And also regarding temple you could still donate what you want from your person or studio this way. It would be totally up to you

From my point of view, an idea I hate.  It seems fun and all, but the reality is that dominant studios with the best stuff will be able to use this to just keep getting more dominant, by keeping even their lowest level player outfitted in the best gear.

 

Good game design should prevent positive feedback loops, not encourage them.
