Hey all,

 

I have a player in my studio (NU-1 Nutaku) that can not access his character. We have been able to keep contact through his roommate (another studio member).

 

In my understanding he has initiated a ticket or emailed Playata but has not received a solution.

 

He is able to access other games on the Nutaku server.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Ok... first, the moderator in me, albeit in a different forum, needs to chastise you for double posting.... 

 

now, to your question... Nutaku is a seperate company which also hosts a game link to BBE, so contacting their support link as well might get you results if the ticket sent to Playata doesn't do the trick.
