I am not sure if this happened after the update or not but I am unable to submit a support ticket in "English".

 

When selecting English and you click on "Open New Ticket" it converts back to Deutsch.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Can this be fixed?

Is this via the double-wrenches icon (lower right in-game), or via the Support tab in Forum link?

So sorry, I just realized your topic included the answer to the question - IN-GAME support.

 

If it is still happening, I guess you could Open A New Ticket outside of the IN-GAME support, and make that your first ticket.

I did that but I just realized that the support for Big Bang is nothing but a huge joke.

Might as well keep it to the thank you email and ignore it because the response is even more frustrating and useless.
