I am trying to purchase the diamonds for a few days now

Every time i try to purchase, its giving me error 

"The Payment process has been aborted or was not successful. "

PS steam overlay is activated.

I tried disabling it too.

No luck, everytime i open a support ticket the only response i get is

Do you have PayPal as an option?  That's how I buy mine.

I am not reaching that screen .

I click on the + near the diamonds, then i click buy, then i get the error.

Now support says that i dont any account

I am playing on steam and server is US2.

 

I got reply from support that i should buy credits in steam first and then make purchases ingame.

Tried that but still no luck

On nutaku, it works much the same way as that, anil.  We have to buy 'Nutaku Gold', which is what we use to buy diamonds.  I am unsure of the terminology on Steam, but when I go to the 'buy diamonds' screen, the price is listed as 'gold' instead of 'dollars'.

 

Your diamond screen should work the same way.  You are certain you have the correct Steam 'currency'?

Steam has a "wallet".  But buying diamonds for BBE would be more like an in-game purchase, as the game itself to play on Steam is FREE.

 

So, Anil you added money to the Steam Wallet, and was not able to buy the diamonds in the game?

Well I see I'm not the only one having this PayPal problem and from what I've read I see contacting support will be useless as usual.

 

I have to wonder with so many leaving this game due to other problems they are trying to fix, I wonder how many people it will take leaving this game before they fix this problem? Time will tell.

Yes TB, i already searched that section too .

But most of them are on how to remove the panties 

And rest are abusive languages towards the support team and developers and even steam.

No useful info there. And none of the support members have ever replied there or helped anyone.

Sounds like a complete bummer all the way around.

 

Well, you can always take that leap of faith that playing outside of Steam will be better for you.  I don't know what else to say - other than I wish I could have been more help.

 

If you end up doing something, or finding a solution, please post an update here!

Yes the unbinding worked fine.

You will be asked to enter a email and password which will be used as login email and password in the browser.

One you click on UNBIND in steam a confirmation email will be sent to that email. You just need to confirm it and the account will be unbinded from steam and then you can use the logins you set to login to the game in browser.

 

Things to note is , the link provided in the email to play the game will not work.

Just open the game regularly in a new tab and play.

I had two or three days where Nutaku sold me gold, but wouldn't let me buy any diamonds with it!  Same symptoms as OP.

 

Support useless as usual, but the flood of people opening tickets must have gotten them off their a$$es and did something because I was able to buy again yesterday.

OK for all you people who use a browser and not stream an are still having problems buying diamonds with PayPal here's what you do.

Click on the amount of diamonds you wish to buy, click buy, log onto PayPal, you will be given a choice to either pay later or you can choose to pay now, use the pay later one. Once you have your diamonds, wait a little while, log back into PayPal under the purchase you just made you will see a pay now, click on it an pay for your diamonds.

 

Unsure if roam is true, but from what I heard there was a lot of people complaining to PayPal about being charged and not getting their diamonds, thus this is the reason PayPal will only let you purchase diamonds for this game with the pay later.

 

Hope this solves all you browsers people problems.
