currently on day 10 of 83 into season:superheroes, I have  not received in my inventory (nor in any other place that I can find) three of the rewards.(all on free list) These are:-

at 50 season points  Gloomy Gagging Superhero Bust

at 275 season points Spread Out Superhero Cape

at 300 season points Frosty-cold Ice Heroine

 

In all three, I did click on the item in the season page and they, like all the other rewards, were ticked off in that page, but I cannot find them anyplace. All 3 have oddball names , so may not be wearable items, but I would like to know what has happened to them. Is anyone able to help solve this please?

I did contact support , but despite 3 emails (containing images) I could not get them to understand me.

I did think of that , but  when I hide the interface there is no sign of any of them, my decorations are very sparse, just a green/white carpet and a large pink ball.

you have to actually use them to see them in your room. Go to the box shop, click on the decorations tab, and find them there.

OK, i admit to being a bit thick. I have hunted now for hours but I cannot locate the box shop. I have seen it when it auto opened ,but i had no input to opening it. I just cannot find it on any page,or if i have i do not recognize it. could you ,or another point me to it please.

open the "your star" tab.

click on the sensual room scents

click on the decorations tab

scroll to "wall left" for the first item on your list. Feel free to find the others

Well, I see that no one here can help you so I will try. I think you are talking about decorations for the room. For 50 seasonal points you received a decoration in the category: wall - left. It is such a dummy in a gold frame. For 275 seasonal points there is such a red cape in the category: carpet, also in a gold frame. Another decoration is such a blue female figure in the category: floor - left, which like the rest is in a gold frame. To see them, you need to go to sensual scents, right next to the storage tab. Then to the "Decorations" tab and find the specific category. Then you can just activate the new decoration to appear in your room, instead of the one you already have.

You need to click on the square in the lower left of your screen (Your Star) and then you click on the Sensual Scent meter which will then open up the screen with at the top are "Box Shop" and "Decorations".
