you get a "stage3D error: Context3D not available" error message.

No I am not submitting a ticket, if I can't play the game in firefox, oh well, I can't play

No I am not changing browsers, the game should be playable in all browsers.

This is merely a public service message for other players, and if someone wants to move this up to the devs, feel free. It won't be me.

Um, it's firefox, the only browser he does not mention, and it's the html5 version, not the flash version having issues.

Tripod has posted a fix already.

Flash is better anyway. Html5 has way too much lag in Firefox.

Fact is, there is no more flash. So it's not a matter of choice.

Either way, the solution provided by Tripod is never the less the same: you need to allow webgl.

The issue is not us, it's the browser, so the complaint is for Mozilla.

And you know the drill all too well: Support ticket. If you experience a bug, you submit a ticket, as simple as that. I'm not on the forum to give support, my paycheck is too low :P

Quick guidance to solve the issue:

• Complete the procedure on the following guide according to your browser: https://wevideo.zend...to-enable-WebGL .
