What about decoration boxes i opened 10 boxes at once and i get 10 items, 0 decorations. From month every day i open 2 boxes and nothing. Someone something?

Do you still have missing decorations, i.e. Carpet 13/20 ?

If that's the case, and you still have decorations missing to achieve, it's best to send in a support ticket, with screenshots of both the list of decorations, like this one:
And also an example of what you get out of the 10-box (690 diamonds). This pack should give guaranteed 2 missing new decorations, 1 gold frame, 1 silver frame, if I remember correct.

I've gotten at least 3 room decor in the past month (all seasonal) but I can certainly sympathize with you. Opening 10 boxes and getting 10 items would really suck. Especially if thats happened more than once to you. Those are crap rolls. But I've never spent diamonds on boxes and now I'm rather glad I haven't.

Welcome to the forum, seen your studio, now I know who runs it. And yes, getting 10 items sucks, and your odds of getting decorations gets lower and lower as you have fewer to get.
I've gotten at least 3 room decor in the past month (all seasonal) but I can certainly sympathize with you. Opening 10 boxes and getting 10 items would really suck.
