Only the 300 points for current temple were taken.

Problem remaining is I spend 99 diamonds for the buggy extra ticket. They should be refunded too.

 

I can't open a support ticket in game because I can only choose German servers (DE1 to DE8).

And I can't open a ticket in the forum. Then I get the message the ticket is opened, but it's not in the list and I don't get a confirmation by e-mail so the post is lost. And therefor I will not get a reply either.

 

I reported this issue long time ago too. But it's marked solved while the problem still exists. That's pretty annoying.

So in your mind, the intention is that you can't start a 3hr movie unless you have 3hrs before reset? If you have less time than that should it offer you shorter movie options or should it not allow you to start a movie at all? What about the ability of a studio to win a movie trophy two hours before reset? How would that be incorporated in your design vision?

I laugh at the notion that that could ever have been the intended result, rather than the much more practical and workable idea that things carry across the reset point.

You know I did not steal the Mona Lisa. I complained many times before of bugs which cost me a fortune of diamonds. When you take away the advantage of the bug, then the least you can do is refund the cost of the bug. That's my opinion and I know many players agree on this. Without the bug it would been impossible the lost the diamonds. This game is so full of bugs you really can't blame me for taking "advantage" of it. There's been lot of times when players were not able to play anymore and failed to do last days' temple. Last time the voting system broke down it took weeks before everything was back to normal.

 

But even if you don't agree on this I would be happy if the reporting problem would be solved. I can't report in-game and now I can't report at the forum no more (see above). If you are able to solve that issue it's well worth the 99 diamonds Nutaku owes me (and the thousands of gold they already owed me before).

It's not great when the bug reporting tools are bugged, is it? Last time I had a problem to report it was all in German

Same for me. In addition I couldn't choose NU1 as my server. Only the German ones were shown.

 

Last message I send was answered with:

No, my questions were not answered by my message. Why you think I send you a message??

No. As stated before I did not take the rewards from the bug. The reward was the extra 300 points which were taken away.

So everyone who was #2 is rewarded the #1 reward now. Otherwise they would have to wait for that success.

There's no other difference.

 

I really don't understand why this templepoints issue, which -as you stated- made no difference to anyone, is more important than players not being able to report issues at all, which really do affect all players.

Also I like to correct that it made no difference since a couple of my studio mates (and probably many others) reported that they were not able to do their party in the last hour of the day because of the bug. So they are not rewarded the #1 or #2 rewards.

 

So the only thing wat happened was Nutaku took my 300 points away. No refund for the diamonds I spend because of the bug. No 300 points compensation for my studiomates who were not able to party in the last hour because of the bug.

When you say "we will investigate and do everything...." than you should do everything to turn everything right.

 

I mention again: They will need to have a fair look at it again very soon. This is not acceptable.

It appears to me that the time change created this issue and that it can be addressed easily by looking at the hour difference between Europe and the US.

P.S. If you took something away that they paid for you should give them their money back... Or in this case diamonds

Okay... Now I understand what you mean. (finally). Yes, I got the rewards from the party missions, so I understand your point also now. Since those rewards were not taken I have to agree with you on this. Thank you for your patience

As I'm sure you are aware the reason for doing the extra party was for the temple points not the other things you mentioned. So when you took the temple points away you should have retuned the diamonds spent. For you to think the xp and fans are of any consequence is very petty of you. If you don't want to give them back just say so, stop coming up with excuses. In the future why don't you guys warn the US servers of the impending time change and the loss of an hour of game play.
