can we get it removed from the game? Or, failing this, can we get it working again? I am on the UK servers, and US2 server and have not been able to use it for a couple of weeks. Other people I talk to on multiple servers have the same issues, so it's not an individuals problem, but a system one.

It would seem that it would be in Playata's best interest to get these revenue streams going ASAP.   I definitely miss them, and really, really could have used them during that week-long double-energy time.

I agree. I don't see anything posted anywhere in the forum that they have removed it from the game. I have studio members that don't even have the video player icon to click. Then there are those of us that have it but it won't work. I just sent in a ticket today. I think it has stopped working since the Temple Tourney that was for TImed Missions. That is way too long!

I play in inter server, i'm a french player (playing from france)  and i cannot use "advert" for reducing time by 50% from some weeks

 

I always have this message "  Sadly there is no video available for your region."

 

That's a big brake on the game, and without this game take too much time for me and i'm very stressed and not positive,that's why i come here for finding a fcking solution, please help me !

this is correct indeed, we are trying to get more information, but for now, we don't have. We are trying to get all bugs cleared though.

I'm sure it's just ads that don't want anything to do with "porn-like" things. So no ads will be wanting to show on BBE

Any updates on when this will be fixed? There have been new additions to the game. How about fixing this problem first? With the Temple this week being Conventions, it would really be helpful if it was working!
