For the past couple of weeks the folks in my Studio have all had the same problem with the Big Bang Awards feature on NU1.

1. Go to the Ranking List and select Big Bang Awards:
   -  No films are listed
   -  It says "Currently no Big Bang Awards are taking place"
2. Go to Missions and Parties
   -  Every time a mission ends it says "The Big Bang Awards are being updated. Please try again later.
   -  Every time entering a new city it says the same thing.
   -  Over and over again it says the same thing

Many of us have put in a ticket and one person heard back from support, but no solution for anyone so far. Is this a problem for anyone else?

You should consider yourself blessed. The rest of us get no response from tickets.

 

Unless you are talking about a response from a Playata ticket.  Nutaku maintains it's silence as far as I can tell.

I have gotten response from Nutaku Support on other games, but not BBE as you say.

 

In any case, can you confirm the problem on your end on NU1?

I've just been told this issue has been resolved. I am locking this topic since we have another one on this issue. If you continue having problems please let us know on the topic that is open.  I have pinned this topic so we can keep all posts related to the BBA awards here. It makes it easier to collect the feedback if the issue continues.

I made a new topic because the other two have been locked.

 

When I logged in today I got to see the results of two Big Bang Awards (and on the second one I was in first place with no votes but all the rewards, yay!) but when I go to a city on the map I still get the pop-up saying "Which film do you like better" and under that "Currently no Big Bang Awards are taking place."

My experience is different.  Got 100 diamonds and quite a few skill points (guessing about +50).  The BBA podium showed me as a winner, but the diamonds and skill points were already 'deposited'.  I was also able to select a movie, and the entire 'back catalog' of previously made movies had been cleared out.

 

Still cannot vote on a movie at the conclusion of a mission - but that's because the players were not given a chance to put up a movie to be voted on.

 

  I have a good feeling about this.... It looks to me that the BBA was fixed and we are all winners!

Yes I also got the rewards (I'm a sucker for titles so woohoo). My backlog was cleared out as well. I still see that stupid button like I have been for the past few weeks.

That makes sense to me.  Hopefully the BBAs will be back to normal next week since none were submitted this week.  Glad I got the title as well!  It is annoying seeing that button with every mission still, but crossing my fingers it is gone by next week for sure.
