Should I replace my current shoes with these new ones?

My should I replace my present shoes with shoes that give me -3 stamina, -386 charisma, +482 Finesse (Total of +93) and a refinement of 63% chance that a fatal hit will result in me getting 1 hitpoint and the fight continues? or my current shoe which gives me the opposite of the things I just mentioned but a 100% chance that I get a 1 hp after a fatal hit?
