Can't play my character anymore

I have been trying to get help from support from Nutaku but seems there is little they can do :/.

Upon discussion with the support, it seems you have sent numerous different tickets (there's a how-to here to create just 1 ticket and continue in the thread!) and they have given you all the knowledge and tools to change between the worlds on Nutaku. You simply can't miss it. Anyone on the forum or anywhere, will tell you exactly the same, it's on the middle right side in your browser. All you need to do is simply click on world #1 when you are in #2, and vice versa.
How it works in the Nutaku browser (download version) or in the app, we don't know. Those are from Nutaku themselves, and they have to deliver the support.

Don't install, go in google chrome to Nutaku.net, log in, go to your profile, click on bigbangempire.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the mobile app, there is no way support from BBE can help. The app is created by Nutaku, and their support is supposed to help you with queries. BBE support reaches only to the browser version.

I read your instructions an did them and I still don't see it. I feel that I have no other choice but give up and call it for what it is, Game Over. Neither Nutaku or Big Bang Empire support teams have a solution (I am not saying either side is not trying, I know both sides are) that works. Maybe it is my phone that is not showing the World 1 and 2 options, I don't know...

Agreed, as far as our knowledge goes, you can only change on a desktop pc to access. Unfortunately, when it comes to phone support, Nutaku support should advise, at BBE we do not develop the App that Nutaku created, nor the graphics when it comes to world-selection or the html/flash option. This is all Nutaku's doing.

If you are working from the Android BBE app downloaded directly from Nutaku, you switch accounts by clicking on the crossed wrenches and choosing Star Selection. This will bring up the profile pictures for NU1, the original Nutaku world, and NU2, the secondary world. You should be able to click on the one that you are not already on and select Change Star.
If the issue is just flipping between the two worlds, that should resolve it. Other than that, no clue.

It's good to see a joint support and help ended to work things out. I do believe that the updated version on your phone, actually managed to get the multi-world (character) implementation going. I do somehow find it funny you actually can chose between a Nutaku.net and a Nutaku.com character now haha.

Added: After looking further into this I found out that the only way I can change from US4 to NU1 is by uninstalling and re-installing the game. Then when loading the game up it will ask me to log in. Afterwards it will load up my main character. Odd isn't it? O.o
