This month we have an Advent Calendar Event. To participate you must have a forum account. Below you will find screen shots to show you how to claim your gift and redeem it in game.  Have fun and Happy Holidays!  Gift.png 

 

 

Step 1: Click on the Advent Calendar Tab

Step 2: Click on the date you're collecting.

Step 3:  You will see a pop up with the voucher code you can redeem. Copy this code.

Step 4:  Go to the game and click on or hover over the wrench on the bottom right.

Step 5:  Click on Coupon from the list that pops up.

Step 6:  You will see a pop up that asks you to enter your voucher code. Enter the code from step 3 and click redeem.

Congratulations you have redeemed your gift for the day! Remember to repeat these steps every day to collect all the gifts. Gift.png 

 

The voucher code can only be redeemed once so if you play both UK servers you will only be able to apply the code to one of the servers.

I think for the day 5 it is bugged. It keeps telling me to login into the forums. When I do, it just keeps on looping over and over again.

A member of the UK forum posted this and it worked..... If after doing this you still have issues please open a support ticket.

 

 

 

These were the steps I took to correct the error and they just might work for you...

 

NOTE: I only play the Web Version on PC, so I cannot vouch for any other platform / device login errors...

 

 

 

Steps Taken for Resolution

 

1. When you first visit the forums, go to your profile page ("My Profile" page available via pull down menu, top right of screen)

 

2. If your Online Status shows as "Offline" refresh the screen.  (see yellow circle example below) 

 

3. If it changes to "Online" give the Advent Calendar tab a try (just right of the "Members" tab) and see if you can obtain the copy of the coupon code for the date / day of the month.

 

DATE DISCLAIMER: Your actual date may vary based on timezone...  ;-)

 

4. And if that doesn't work, please open a ticket.

It's on a 24 hour cycle and doesn't reset when the game does. Try at or around the same time you did yesterday. If you still get that more than 24 hours after last collection, please submit a ticket to support. :)

still not reset. geez can't event get a xmas bonus on xmas
