Hi everyone!

 

We're a fun group of friendly & diverse individuals spanning a wide range of ages & races, from all around the globe - Southeast Asia to US to Europe!

 

We're currently looking for 3 more active players to join us. All we ask is that you check in daily or at least once every 2 days (it takes less than a minute) to check studio messages and participate in attacks/defense.

I think I have trouble recruiting guys because of my studio name.

I am lucky I have an awesome studio recruiter. Personally think your studio name is good.

Hehe, it was thought up on the whim. I'm not even quite sure what it stands for; the words just popped into my mind at the time!

 

And wow, you have a recruiter??? I didn't assign tasks. How do you communicate with your members? Do you have their emails or something? Or are you friends on Steam & such? (By the way, not many Steam users play on US2 I realised. I just have 1 friend from Steam who does, and he's hardly even active anymore. )

Well luckily the player actually asked if they could do the recruiting so got lucky there.We all talk in chat or send mail to each other in game so makes it easier to do things. I know of 4 that use steam at the moment in our studio.

We have a recruiter as well as of about 2 weeks ago.

 

She was interested in helping as a producer but we have traditionally only promoted diamond donators. We have just lost a lvl 178 producer and couldn't just lose the experience and power. We offered the producer position to the player if she could fill our high rank openings. We ended up getting a level 162 player to replace our veteran. Not sure if the player saw the ad here or if she was convinced by our recruiter, but it was probably the best we could get.

 

Our recruiter also filled a second position with a higher ranked player. She got her promotion :-)

That is cool that you rewarded them for helping the studio.

 

I am thinking of doing the same in the studio I am running. Rewarding those that help the most with promotions to producer status. But at the moment my most helpful people are my producers go figure. haha

Almost everyone in my studio is a producer already.

And we have some really silent members.

The studio chat room is really quite dead mostly. I feel like I'm talking to a wall. Even when there's conversation, it's really minimal.

Most of the time I get no replies to studio messages sent out, though I know some of them are being read.

We have about 10 talkative members, but fight attendance is around 23-25, so I have nothing to complain about.

 

We only have 6 producers, 4 promoted for diamond donations, 1 for recruiting and 1 who stepped forward when requested.

 

I am at the point where I will seriously weigh what you will do for the studio with the position.

yep, slutella, definitely have to acknowledge you all the merit! kickass temple studio should be the right title achievement, Speaking of that, I'd like to join you just to achieve the Enlighted title.
