So the first movie for the calendar is on Dec. 1st. I am currently in the Pacific Standard Time zone and as of this moment, it is Dec. 1st.

 

I am just wondering the timezone of the server so I can see how much of a delay there is. Thanks

It is set to PST time, though personally I am still not able to claim a voucher.

I think it's more than a time zone issue.  Maybe an error somewhere.  It's 6:30am PST now and I can't get the first movie.

I didn't get to check it until 12:30pm in the afternoon but it looks like it is open now. I wonder if they mixed up the am and pm ... or could be just a bug for the first day.

It goes off the local clock on your computer.

So it is weirder than I thought.  Today's prize became available around 9AM my time (East Coast US, GMT -5)

 

But a studio mate in Washington could not access the prize at that time.

 

So it does seem to be based on your local time, possibly becoming available at 9AM local.

It appears to have nothing to do with time or time zone. Some days it's been available at about 7am my time, but I've had other days where it wasn't available until almost 2 hours later.  It's possibly not automatic and is being updated by someone daily.
