Ever since the DST change, whenever I try to refine an item I get an "Unknown Error" message and have to reload the game. I've tried clearing my browser cache, reloading my browser, and restarting my computer. All to no avail. I've sent in a support ticket, but wanted to double my chances by posting here,too.

 

Is it just me? Or has Misty gone on vacation?

yes having the same problem.also unable to use washing machine

I've tried 4 different browsers, and it still won't work. Aside from losing my free spin, the washing machine works fine. Also lost my free refresh on the shop selection. I HATE DST!!!!!
