Hey there everyone, I've got a small problem I'm wondering if anyone can clear up for me. I bought the energy storage upgrade  so the game says I can store up to 100 energy that hasn't been spent on a day. However I noticed that it's always at 0 of 100 stored even if I know that I had some energy left from the last day.

Does it only store the 100 energy you have at the start of each day? Or can it store the energy that you purchase more of? Because if it's the latter then I've had multiple occasions where it has not stored any of it. Or is there some level limit before it actually activates?

If anyone could shed some light on this that would be great!

From what I've seen when I had energy in it.

The energy storage is suppose to store excess energy you have leftover before the day restarts and your energy is refilled by the game.

Only had an issue with remaining energy before they patched the game and made it so the 2nd last mission before you spend most of your energy spawns missions that will eat up the remaining energy to 0.

ie. 1 energy cost missions didn't exist till that patch. :D

Not sure if buying the expansion bugged your energy storage.

Best for you to screenshot a picture of your energy storage. and your remaining energy you plan on having excess of.

Then snap a picture of your energy storage when the new day rolls around for you. If the remaining energy you haven't spent isn't rolled into your storage, maybe a bug to report?

Pretty much at this point just need more data for developers to confirm the issue or possibly asking the same question on the UK forums to see if this was a known problem.

Hi there Hieronymous, just to clarify, what do you mean by "excess energy"? Is it energy over 100? Or is it what is leftover for that day?

For example if the new day rolls around, I start with 100 energy and I do a few missions leaving me with 70 energy left for the day (excluding refills). If i don't do any more missions for that day, should I expect to have 70 energy in my energy storage the next day?

Excess energy for the game usually means remaining energy you have left over from the day before.

So using your example. If you had 70 energy leftover, you should have 70 in your energy storage when the new day rolls around. Assuming you have 0 energy already stored in storage.

I just don't tend to rely on energy storage since

  1. It requires diamonds to withdraw that saved energy to use it.
  2. I've managed to use up all my energy now. [Much easier as well since the update to the game that tailored the area your completing missions to attempt to consume all energy points I think when you are below 20ish energy.]

I had also considered upgrading the energy storage, but I'd say if you can spend all your energy daily. It'd probably would be easier to just bank achievements that give energy and use those when you need some extra energy for missions/etc.

Also, again. If you think there is a bug. Best to screenshot and crop a few images to show what is happening to you in your game. That just makes things clearer for anyone or will help the developer see that there is an bug to be fixed in an upcoming patch.

Alright thanks for the help Hieronymous I'll double check to see if this is the case.
