Hi!

 

I noticed there was scheduled maintenance going on just only.

 

This is the 2nd time I've been "shut out" of the game due to "planned maintenance".

 

I was wondering if the developers could kindly send all users a message informing them of these "planned maintenance" dates/times so that players don't waste time on missions, etc only to be disrupted halfway, especially since the maintenance is "planned", suggesting that the devs already knew when it would occur.

There will not be a message sent out but you will always see a black box on the top left that will tell you when there is a scheduled maintenance, You will notice it happens  three times a month on the same day of the week which is Tuesday at 1:00 AM CST for me or 2:00 AM EST..  I will pass this along as a suggestion for you.

I have never seen a black box though, could it be because I'm running the game from within Steam? It runs as a separate app on my desktop; I'm not playing from browser.

 

Off-topic... by the way, I like the new fashion collections! Wish we could have new ones every week! Or every other week! This game definitely needs more clothes!

It could be steam....I am not real familiar with steam yet but I am trying to learn it so that I can be more helpful with questions about it.

I got some clarification about when updates occur. They actually happen 3 times a month on Tuesday mornings (1:00 AM CST/2:00 AM EST)

Thank you Becky!    I hope the developers can send out a notice to all players about this, and on exactly which Tuesdays they will occur.

How long does the maintenance last for. Some online games it's more of a rolling restart others it can last for hours. Anyone have an idea?
