I know people have posted about BBA  being broken in the past and been told that nothing could be done by the forum mods, however I feel so frustrated by the fact that they are still broken that I have to say something.

We are now entering the second week where they have been broken - and they were also broken for a few days the previous week, although they were fixed quickly then. We're still getting Dickstarter tasks to vote for movies and that's obviously not possible, so that's quite annoying too. However, perhaps the most annoying thing is the pop-up "Which Movie do you like better" which appears everytime you try to do something. 

If this continues, I can see people quitting the game - I've been here years and its making me wonder whether to stay. I'm certainly not going to buy anymore diamonds until its fixed.

I had it work briefly on Sunday before the reset.  But it was very brief, like I voted for 2 movies and then went to bed.  Woke up and it was back to broken.

BBA is still broken.  Is the programming dept. taking off the month of August while we all have to suffer through this issue?  Doing missions right now is annoying, not being able to vote is frustrating, and having this go on for this many days is unacceptable.

 

No updates on this issue other than "We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We are currently working on fixing this issue."

Maybe the simplest answer is the right one: They want people to quit the game.

And they're broken  AGAIN. This really is beyond a joke.

Fixed - kinda.    We all won the BBA with zero votes.    Sadly many of us do not have a movie listed for the current voting going on now.

 

And on a side note, I had actually finished in a 1st place tie when it broke but only got the single reward that everyone received.   I'll happily settle for it though if they can stop breaking the BBA every time the rip-off Pyramid pops up.

I won the week with ZERO votes (like most everyone else) but I had also won the week before with a tie with Slick.   Neither of got a reward for that when they finally "fixed" the issue and gave everyone a win but we lost another week of voting.

 

And of course it is broken once again.   2 months of this crap.   C'mon BBE, get your heads out of your *%@$*@ and fix the issue already.    Also, if it is cause and effect from the rip-off Pyramid, how about not having the Pyramid in NU1 until you finally figure out how to fix it?

If they always have to reset the BBA, that will never fix the problem though. They NEED to fix it in the codings because this will always happen when the money grabbing pyramid happens

I am so frustrated with the support system right now.   There is no excuse to have the same major issue 4 times in a 2-month period.

 

Getting support responses of "We are truly sorry for the inconvenience." just frustrate me even more.   It doesn't matter what I mention in my ticket or the additional questions/comments I add.    All I am receiving on their major f-up is canned responses.

For my support ticket,  I cannot get any real answers.   Apparently, all we ever get is canned responses to a major issue that is affecting gameplay.

They still can not get the star off the experience tournament score.
