Apparently Nutaku and Visa are feuding. I keep getting an error message when I try to buy gold on Nutaku. Customer Service has no idea when this will be resolved. Just thought y'all might want a warning. Merry Christmas from Nutaku!
Right now they only take MasterCard. Not even PayPal.

Correct, apparently they are such noobs and morons, they can't even keep up their own payment solutions, or right now the lack of any solution. I've contacted their support on billing earlier this week, to see if they will support Paypal soon again (this is because other servers can use it, only Nutaku no longer), and they said it will not return. So far for keeping things fair for everyone I guess. However, I did make sure Playata is notified about it, though we can't meddle with it, it's their own issue and prerogative.

Yeah, I receive an email about VISA not working from Nutaku. Of course they called it a "technical issue" and offered 1,000 bonus gold if you use another payment option.

Ironically I just received an email on getting 25% more gold with a purchase for a Holiday Sale. Too bad they limited my options as my primary payment method is Visa.

Yup, guess they have been kicking their payment solutions in the Christmas-ballz lol. Same would count for me, I am paypal fan, as it's what I use for the game on UK2 and before on INT1 as well. I hate creditcards as a whole, so removing all that? Doesn't leave much options, nor would be paying the same amount in Euros as in Dollars (difference would save 10% due to exchange rates).

Looks like there has been a partial fix to this issue. I had been paying with Visa and we aware that there are "technical problems" with using Visa.
I tried to change my card to use my MasterCard instead and had been getting that "Request Error" message, but it has now worked ok and I've been able to buy.

Santa came through! Nutaku is taking Visa again! Of course now that I've spent all my money on Xmas...
