There is a bug going around that keeps a player from being able to play.  When they log in they get a normal looking 'mission complete' screen, but they cannot click the OK button. That prevents them from getting into the rest of the game.

BeckyLynch says Playata support can fix the problem, so drop a ticket if you or any of your studio mates fall prey to this bug.

 

It is a little unclear where the bug should be reported for the Nutaku server.  Watch the UK entry for further news!

I'm getting a report from one of my players with similar sounding symptoms. You log in, the mission completion screen comes up, and you complete it normally.  Then you get an immediate 'reload' popup.

 

Drop a ticket if this is happening to you.

this is now the 4th time this has happened to me today,...yay   

 

each time I had to enter a ticket..they then blamed it on my flash player then browser then reset my character...gotta love it happening so many times..

Found the glitch that Capt C was talking about in the forums on NU1.  It seems to happen after a mission I have never seen before.  It happens on a fighting mission with an insurance guy.  After the fight is over, a reload window pops up.  I clicked to reload and it goes back to the first time ever page.  I refreshed the page and it goes back to the same fight.  Like it is suck in a loop.  I have submitted a support ticket with NU1.

I am having this issue too on nutaku. I am unable to login to my character. Not sure what to do?

ummm not sure if it's a bug glitch or what but it it saying I need to restart my character from scratch won't let me use my character.

It's working now.  I sent a ticket anyway but they said they didn't understand me....

If anyone is having issues, one of my studio members said she was able to stop the problem by clearing the history in her browser.  I haven't tried it so I am not sure if this actually works, but it is easy enough to do that it is worth a try if you can't login to your character.
