There will be a short (roughly 15 minutes) maintenance on Tuesday, for all European servers. Please plan accordingly!
(I do not believe this is related to the on-going problem with logging into the Nutaku servers, as this applies to a different set of servers.)

pretty sure the plan is to bring the bug we tested to all other servers

I believe updates are generally done at the start of the day, right at reset.

All the updates I've encountered so far have started about an hour before reset. So technically you could say they occur "around reset".
Today's update hasn't occurred yet. They always let us know what the new update involves, and that hasn't been posted yet.
